The ROSE

Stop standing

Go

Leave

Set off

Fly and smile

At the air

The barking dogs and loving cats.

Stop lying down

Get up

and walk

Much further than

To the other side

Of your cosy home

Notice the outside

Don’t be afraid to shine

Come to yourself

And back to you

That bare you

See and realize

You are that much

And much more

Than that

How come?

Dance your passion

In all those fashions

That only you know

And thought you forgot

Visit your place

And cry tears

Of consciousness

Your favourite ones

And smile

Smile

Even your silly smile

They say it shines

I guess

They must be right.

Yet, of course

No need to state

No need to throw away

The rose…

Oh, Darling! Breathtaking as usual!
This poem gives me positive vibrations, you know?

Sometimes we must left monotony and go outside: there's a world with open arms, waiting for you and your soul.
Here's my Sunday's positive thinking:
"The best and the most valuable things in the world can not be seen or even touched. They must be felt with the heart". H. Keller (she was blind and deaf)

Lots of love,
Toni

dearest dulce, you tempt me with your words, enticing me to the freedoms of really grabbing this life of mine and living it, perhaps for the first time? and so, i shall...even if it appears that i am merely taking baby steps in the eyes of those who find it so easy to critique me...
this work was a stunning piece!

Hiiii Darling,

Well, let me say that you're sensitive, passionate, dreamy, enthusiastic, excited and most of times... very sweet. I'm sure you'll have everything you expect, for being so special.

By the way, Toni (my dear pilgrim), I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw this incredible thinking. Certainly it's a great idea and much better advice. That's called a spirit of struggle and overcoming.

Such an uplifting, joyous poem, Dulce. How wonderful to escape reality and allow yourself to soar, to be truly free and to feel the wind on your back. And, of course, to smile, to be care-free, if only for a moment. A powerful and beautiful ideal, so wonderfully expressed here.

Something we all need to remember to do...especially when we are so stuck in our self-indulgent pity :)
There is a beautiful life out there that needs to be experienced, embraced and appreciated. So often we forget to do this and just focus on the "bad"...as if we actually want to because really it is so easy to find the beauty.
Thanks for putting life into perspective and making me feel more uplifted today :)
I miss "visiting" you, but i have been so busy. New job, new place.

How life should be lived. And yet, can we live it this way? Sort of like creating a perfect fancies. There are always borders. But are these borders real, or we only see them because we choose to? I have yet to discover that. But at least, someone somewhere is happy, and maybe now it's you. And when you are happy, do not let philosophy reach you, just be happy.

The better way to Break with the routine and the stagnation that may our lives become is by living happy, smiling, loving, taking a chance, just living it. Great words.
