In The Garden

Bee,
Cute, neat
Have a look at me
And transmit
The power within
Both
You and I
Fly in
Fly away...

Grass,
Soft, sweet
Stand on my feet
So that I feel
Heaven is underneath
Step in
Step out…

Breeze,
Calm, breezy, brassy
Fondling my skin
So that I get lost
Eyes closed
And believe
In
Inner

This ally
I’m gonna keep.

"TO THINE OWN SELF BE TRUE"

What a statement, whoever said that. And you, Dulce, are living it. Me too, BTW! Because in the great scheme of the Universe, that is all I have, myself facing my God. If that is a scary thought, I had better change something.

Great to see you back in action here, Peep!
JOY and PEACE!

I'm going to go out and take a walk in my bare feet on the grass, watching the bees buzz. Delightful!

Beautiful, there's nothing like being in nature to bring us back to earth from the rat race of daily life.

Beautiful poem. I love the alliteration and rhyming throughout. I really enjoy these lines:

"Eyes closed
And believe
In
Inner"

ooohh.. I liked the simplicity in your wordplay here, Dulce... there is a lot of innocence and sweetness to it.. and I see a lot of reflectiveness and depth too.. :)

The movement of air into and around us is the sustaining and purifying source in our lives. So too can be art. You've combined both here beautifully.
