Keep Running *

This colour differs
From most common ones
Yet, who is me
Who is not you

As well?

Am reaching the peak
But it starts
All over again
There’s no end
Until it lasts
For a whole life.

Pending as a pendulum
Inside a nebula
Meaning to go left
When should be right

Or off side.

Alas… these curious

Quirks of fate
No matter how much

On this glass floor

You stamp your feet…

Going with the windmill…

There is no past

And no present

Just this sense
I get like crazy
When it starts all over
All over again.

Life is full of the unpredictables, I guess we try and run away from these quirks because we are afraid. I ran this way to many times and stomped on the glass hoping it would break, it did not, it kept coming back and biting me until I ran toward it and I BIT harder, stomped harder and broke the glass, it did not break me anymore.

Another GOLD COIN this morning lovely sweet Dulce

And though the floor is glass, most times it does not break. "There is no past/and no present" was my favorite part - I felt like I was hanging. Maybe I'm hanging in time, waiting for things to start "all over again"? That was very nice, Dulce! :-)

Life is like driving in the mountains. There is a hill after every hill, and movement in our minds, endless movement. I will keep running..

Thanks you, Secretia

I like that; There is no present. That is so true. You can't stop time so there is only future and past. This was very deep.

Have you ever considered answering some of the comments on your blog?

You know pretty soon I wont have a blog and this will be the only place that I will be able to view your thoughts.

Oh, this was so lovely, my twin! Just beautiful and yes, I agree with another comment, this is very deep, my favourite kind of poem, the kind that take you in and work you over into a different understanding or thought.

I hope you know that you are loved my dear fiend and how much I appreciate your dedicating this beauty to me.

Sweetest Dulce, I suppose you know (I KNOW you know, how's that? --grin!) that Calli is A#1 in my book, her work is a part of my daily inspiration, right in front of my computer. Thank you SO much for dedicating your poetic prowess to her today.

Love,
S

A double dipping I will go today!

I told you--double-dipping:

To the "bestest Love Poets, You and Calli-Girl, I send my warmest-ever wishes for happy days, happy times to come.

Happiness IS in your futures... when it starts all over, ALL OVER AGAIN! I 'SEE' this for you both. And remember, you read it right here.

I TRULY love you both--Even stronger words than "I love you" but I will not put them out here. AND-- I am SO GLAD I am not single, because then I would have to choose whether to visit in Canaria, or NY Finger Lakes. Guess who would win THAT one? Cold, Brrrrr! Warm..Ahhhh!

I'd guess meet together though, in Finger Lakes area. That is, in the SUMMER...maybe June 2010???

C'mon, let me DREAM! --grin!

Thank you my friends for your such nice comments...

I sometimes do not feel very proud of my poems, but this one I like> it comes and leads nowhere, like life itself ;)

I am especially happy Calli liked it, for she deserves it... much more than this. But this is all I can give...
So to you Steve dear... Sweet dreams you have of an encounter. Dreaming is free...and as long as we live on the same planet anything is possible!
Everyday lots of peeps cross the Atlantic, so why not we?

Thanks again
and sweet hugs!
