On disappearance and selfishness

She  went after her dog

Nearly dusk

“Luna! Come to mum!”

Hours gone

Despair grown

Nowhere to be found

Never seen again

The dog up at dawn

Though

Some  accuses the bullying guy

Others : ‘she just run away.’

I say

What the hell

She’s ruined my day...

The Agreement

‘Just one cut or sliced?’

‘This is not joy or pleasure

It’s justice, revenge…

One cut will be fine.’

‘Not sure this is right.’

‘Did he ever tell us about rights?

You were seven, I was five.’

‘Do you think he’ll die?’

‘No, we’ll call them in time’

‘We’ll go to jail…’

‘Yes, and that’ll be heaven!

Ready?’

‘Let’s…’

Insolence

Had he lost his voice?

Not completely

For still I could hear

What he needed to say

Was clear.

His look disperse

Mine so direct.

I was assertive

Shy his mess.

I thought we had thought

A bliss had been born

Instead, a deep pain.

What failed?

Showing him my weakness

Or my strength?

dulcet call

_______________

She found me first
While looking for her

Was really I…?

My name echoed
   through thick stone

Got not petrified
Instead,
   identified

She was there
In every corner
Observing
Granting
Praising me

Inevitably trying to dodge
That I heard that soothing word
Which is my sobriquet
Through her enlightenment
Sweeter voice

That of hush and amity
Haven and heaven
Fugue and abide
And no anticipation.

itchy

lying here on the grass
   you and I
not like in those dreamy films
this grass is high
and there are hoppers
and other bugs
but we are together
   at last
our children are not playing around
for we have none
and the silence is broken
by the cars passing by
   now and then
and you are not perfect
   I am angry about that
.
but you are amazed by this hill
and the few trees, leaves and bees
and so much you need  to kiss me
and give and that I forget and relax
and enjoy this bliss of us
disturbed only by this sweet breeze
   now.

common sense

And you...

Still unaware of your running risks

Reminding me to beware of mine.

And I ...

Unable to control my will

Relaxing you

On my thighs.

And it’s ok

That’s alright

For that’s the way we like

This unpredictability of ours.

And they...

Reluctant to accept

Our concern

Reducing us

To mere,

Weird

Fatuity.

She's A Lady

O...Tu Suavissima Virga,  by Rosa Cobos

As every morning
She does
Mrs Pale
Does
Look after her orchids

From the windows of her greenhouse
She can see her beloved valley.
Loving this complete silence.
A peace only broken by
That sudden sound of the old piano,
     for years not played
     it sounds to her
Like everything...
    But music

She does
Mrs Pale
Does
Loathe everything
Concerning this man,

Who
Has become

Too long

 A complete stranger.
.
She does
Mrs Pale
Does
Wish she could tell him,
In a mild form,
And convince him-
No matter how much you persist
In calling this ’Love’
...To me
It all has evolved into
Mere ashes.

Unnoticed Agony

Lost By Sekatsim-Deviantart

Some are serious memories...

Certain moments in life
With us will go in our mind
Until the day we die

One of them is this
When my little girl was not yet six

‘Go pick your sister’
‘Why me?’
‘Cause I tell you so!’

In that reluctant second of yours
   My world had vanished
   The crowd had swallowed me
And I was searching and searching
   Among all those tall beings
   So alien, so menacing...

In that reluctant second of yours
I was lost, I was dying
   All that shot-off adrenaline
   My only company
And the thousand thoughts that can come to your mind
In just a flash like that…

So you grabbed me and pulled me
And in your fury I found comfort
And in the laughter and distraction
Of mum I needed a hug and something like,
Hey- you are safe with us, love!

Instead, I had to swallow my river of tears
The shock on my face, my impotence and fear.
That still indescribable fear...

So unsympathetic all you were…

But this is my family, any way
   All I have, everything.

GOT TO PAY

You are not ill

But need to pay

That bloody bill

You got a fine

Taxes and toys

For your boys

Get up early tomorrow

Have to work

Great deal...

You pass him by

You feel sorry

(Just another one)

Not even look at him

But he’s got all the time in his life

To stare at you

Mum, why is he begging?

Why don’t you give him some of yours?

He’ll spend it on drugs

Maybe he’s hungry

Well, then he should go to work...

But she knows

Neither drugs nor work

Will do.

His misery, a mystery

Only he knows

But, somehow

She too.

Changing Chances

Eventually

He changed my face for

A painting

Then for my place…

He came to find in me

All that

He already had in himself

Full of expectations

Hope

Love and more love

Some new peace

By my shores…

Insane blessed sanity

He came with a heavy suitcase

Full of the wisest gifts

To me

And took back

Heavier ones

To him

No souvenirs

He …

He left

Full of impressions

Memories to be told

To those

He most adores

Sought after me

Seeking after him

Eventually

He left

In me

A new face

A new painting

A new vision of my place

Full of expectations

Hope

Love and more love

We both changed

Without changing.

MALICE

… It’s then that she realizes
and refuses to admit
that she is envious
of the taller ones.

… She hides in her perfect place
wearing the fitting mask
literally dressed
to kill.

… No need to wear high heels
From where she is
Can perfectly see.

… Mrs Tyrant
devotes herself to sensing
where the evil goes
so as to be there
in the interwar

… it’s then that she does not realize
and refuses to accept
that all the others,
taller than her,
can see her eyes gleam with contempt
despising that welfare in them
she could not prevent

… Mrs Malcontent
Her hair never messed up
By winds or fires
From whichever side
Or crossed wires

… She’ll never realize
Instead, she’ll refuse to admit
And keep on wearing the mask that fits

…. Meanwhile, the taller ones
Refuse to believe
Find it really hard to admit
And though we can see her tricks
We insist
No matter how much evidence
We have of all this
We keep wondering
What pleasure does she find
And still survive

In being so wicked
So stiff, so mean?
