Bogeyman -- 55

.

.

Darling girl
Beware
Of the man
With the sack…

You shine
Like a star
Those beautiful eyes
Hair of gold
In love with love
You romantic
Vain
Pretty girl
Charming gem

Don’t show off
So much
Stop Twittering
Like that
Girl
Take care
Beware of them…

For all men
Somewhere
Somehow
Bring that sack...

Hey there, I'm back!

How right you're!!! I'm very afraid about these new technologies, and especially the vultures flying around looking for some innocent victims. Someone should put limits on this...
Nice 55 as always.

Against adversity, fighting spirit!

à bientôt!!

I'm so glad my kids grew up in a tweet-less era. This one gave me shivers! I've met a few sack men in my day.

Dulce

Lovely verse, you always manage to have a soft over voice, and your 55er does ring true, you said it oh so sweetly never to offend..but got your point across never - the - less.

Cheers,
Joanny

I like the way this poem started with specifics and ended with an all-encompassing remark.

Hope you are having a lovely weekend, dearest Dulce :)

Dulce, in some parts of the world--where I live?--bogeyman is that beguiling guy who could well be a serial rapist and murderer.

I believe the more we safeguard our young people, a good thing to do, it can be overdone.

Example: I smile a lot--and if a child walks nearby, looks at me, and smiles also, probability is that a parent will grab the youngster and whisk them away from "the bogeyman". ME? Bull Crap! (I had typed 'Creap'! LOL!)

And I wonder at what is happening in our world? But...the earth will survive, even if the Peeps do not.

Please don't make your children think every 'man' is BOGEY. But DO know where ARE the children and what ARE they doing! (Like "Twittering"??? OMG! BAD, I mean it.)

Sorry about the length of this--reject if you like, I will not be bothered.........NOT!!!!! LOL!

P.S. I enjoy your Header(s). Will not tell you--and everyone else which one--but you have one guess.

from--the BOGEYMAN! LOL!

Dulçe ♥ said...

Veroni dear,
please
Don't you ever call 'that' yourself again ok?

...and especially don't you ever write things like
'Sorry about the length of this...'
Yours are those comments that- when do not get to us- are soooo badly missed!

A Long time ♥ing you Fiddleman!
;))

Thank YOU all my friends for your ideas thoughts, opinions on this difficult issue, which somehow bothers us all... and of course I know NOT all guys are bogeymen! Thank God!

Most of You are so imperfectly amazing! (LOL)
That's what I love about HUMANS (women or men)- as far as we respect and accept each other and take care of our innocent children...

hugs
:)
