Two in One

She is black she’s white

She is yin and yang

So sweet so bitter at times

Not the fact that she’s moody

But that she is

Dark and bright

She cries and she laughs

Loves and hates

Not the fact that she’s moody

But that she is

Empty and full

Drunk and sober

Prays and curses

She fills up and deletes

Not the fact that she’s moody

But that she is

Day and night

Cold and warm

Peaceful and cruel

Tamed and wild

Not the fact that she’s moody

But that she is

Two in one.

As a Gemini woman, you know I love this! How often is complexity dismissed as mere moodiness? A lot, I think!

This is a wonderful poem, Dulce.

Oh, and....where did you find two such perfect pictures of me? LOL.

Dulce:

She is so this and that
She treads, hides, like a cat
She is that and this
Be wary of her hisss.

She is maybe, and maybe not
She is like changing weather
Maybe a little--maybe a lot
Never will one know whether.

Ya know Dulce...I really enjoy this poetry thing, REALLY! I'd guess you DO know --grin! Does it show?

amor y paz!
besos

I like these types of things in black and white. MC Escher is what it reminds me of with the two sides.
