Dulce, this is what I do to myself alll the time....Well used to :) I would beat up myself and torture myself with my mistakes and pains....Until I learned how to let go and let God....But we still need to check ourselves, often....

Nice job. I'm all for being true to yourself and saying what's on your mind, as long as it doesn't hurt someone else. I know someone who speaks her mind, leaving a trail of hurt feelings in her wake.
