In nobody’s domain
She runs and walks in circles
Wasted attempt to focus
Upon just what she sees.
She loses control
And the power of her mind
Gives her these ever
Exasperating thoughts,
Undesired presents
From a shattered heart.
Lies on the wet sand
Trying to find answers
Up in the sky
Or at least, blankness
Absolute obliviousness.
The insistent,
Exhausting brainwork
Makes her give up,
So tears flow from her eyes
And groans from her mouth…
A moment relief materializes.

Do not forget to breathe! it says so in your Header, Dulce. Remember?
And please do not let the girl drown in her various and vicarious thoughts
...and to cry is good, except when it arises out of our own frustration,
our own misgivings, our own denial of the whisperings from "out there somewhere"...
Here is Steve again sounding like a preacher...which he is N O T !!!
Choose your domain, stick with it, enjoy it, look for the most to come of it. By any name, it will be always and ever YOUR domain.
Again, thank you for helping me so well, Canary-Girl!
Besos!
Hey, not fair--grin! I ask for girl not to drown--now she is GONE! And YOU LET HER SLIP INTO THE SEA???? I should have copied her in the beginning, that WAS an exquisite picture.
Sorry about two-dipping.
Tears refresh, when there is too much dissapoint...tired of being sick and tired...tired of thinking...Crying it out makes you feel better
that was a perfect piece. I like it alot.
You have the ability to perfectly portray what goes in a woman's heart. Absolutely beautiful!
Dulce, it is when we try to find answers that we sometimes fail. They evade us the harder we search for them. But somewhere in the blankness and obliviousness, we find a spark... a sparkle... an intimation... and that is when that "moment" happens.
I will keep your words in mind as I search for answers to the questions that ever haunt me.
Sweet kisses,
Nevine
when all else fails...tears. there are some answers we will never recieve...but it does not make it any easier...
Trying to find the answers.
Sometimes... I think that looking out for answers is a thing that hurts a woman more than anything.
Up in the sky... well I´ve found out that in the end... it is exactly where I find the enough calm as to realize that some questions just dont need to be answered yet.
:) I get to like you more as I read you too :)
now that is a beautiful poem :)
Pamela
In that moment lies the answers and eternity.
I am glad for that moment.
Joy always,
Susan
tears can clear the mind. just like the ocean waves that roll onto the sand--each takes away the top layer of the disturbance.
