On Love & Clouds

.

Came down from those clouds

To see, find out

What this issue was about

.

This I won’t miss

Let’s see all that

You say you love me

.

Ok, you can make me

All yours tonight

I need to feel...

... Sense

All that

You say you love me

.

Make sure

You kiss me all over

And in your way down

You draw your passion

With your lips and fingertips..

.

At some point I’ll be lost in your eyes

While I invent my new poem

And as you free your eagerness

You’ll light my soul

And I’ll get lost in thoughts

Only I do know

And that heat of ours

Will eventually get to its climax

When I’ll be sent back

To those clouds

Where I won’t be able

To discern

Was this real

Or just a night urge?

I do not care

See you again

tomorrow…

I love this one, it reminds me so much of my own life lately. Sharing passion that pours naturally from me for the one I love, being there to make each others nights something to remember, a pleasure to share. Love. Nothing more needs to be said.

Beautiful poem, enjoyed start to finish. You have such a cool blog. I'm definately following.

Breathtakingly beautiful, Dulce. Sometimes, love is so overwhelming and passionate, so moving and profound, that it does seem other-worldly, a gift from the heavens, an act of divinity. I love this series of poems, your writing is philosophically layered.

Wow! that picture...either above, in clouds or on earth does not matter. Oh yes, you did write "I don't care", as if 'who cares'?

Dulce, amid so many beautifully placed love-words, you say:

"And as you free your eagerness
You’ll light my soul
And I’ll get lost in thoughts
Only I do know...."

Don't know WHY that sounds erotic to me, guess it's a defect in my brain--grin!

If I place your many meaningful expressions here, I'll be simply re-writing your poem, so that means "Steve--STOP!"

Somehow, your pieces are still a daily surprise and enjoyment. "..See you again tomorrow..." LOL!

Hugs! :~|

Hey girl...tomorrow came and went!

BTW, maybe you'd consider putting those transparent leaves back into your blog background. Ummmm, just a thought.

Sensual, erotic love, does it get any better? I don't think so, a treasure of collective thoughts wrapped in a silk overlay of beautiful words.

Just divine, your partner must be very happy....lol

Cheers,
Joanny

sorry I have not been here sooner to comment -- away and then tech problems..
