I Write

http://www.redbubble.com
I write

In a senseless rhythm
I write because it’s a must
Recalling facts from real life
And what I never got to have
In a bare try

I write

While I search for the right words
So you can search for the right meaning
All the same
No way, but
For the sake of it
For there should be a reason
Or maybe not

I write

Today is an in-and-out
And in again
Deeper- so intense
It hurts somehow
No place to stand or start
No reason to find
The exact moment

I write

But before I’ve finished
You’ve probably left
When this is taken for granted
Need to have begun
When I lost the sense of rhythm
And rhyme

I write

My words stolen
Where do they lead us to

    you, me?

My heart

Only a woman can express herself with such subtle intensity.

"...While I search for the right words
So you can search for the right meaning...

Deeper- so intense
But before I’ve finished
You’ve probably left
When this is taken for granted..."

Dulce, I just loved this! It captured exactly what I am feeling so perfectly.
Only someone who has a deep side to them would understand what it is like to write thoughts in rhyme...and stay to the end!
Thank you.
Big hugs!

Like the way you rambled and twisted all around your meanings, which somehow seemed to give them a corkscrew effect straight to the destination in the last lines.

You write and so much is said, covered in a few words, a whole story told and felt, and then stolen. I like a lot. Thank you

Isn't writing stimulating ans appealing. One can express, rant, state and spout poetry. I loved this tribute to writing. You have collectively represented the thoughts and expressions of all writers.

And your words always lead me to you, for I come over and over again to your place and replenish myself.

Joy always,
Susan

I write..
'coz my heart want's me to be,
no need to appreciate,
nor do I want it be seen

I write for the shake of writing,
to vent out emotion,
to feel the life,
and the daily routine,

I write,
for the memories,
for the dreams, desire...

I write, for no one..but myself!

you know...writing it out i think helps us to discover what those emotions really mean because at times i wonder even at my own...

you captured it, precisely, what writing is about.
To write from one's own experience, to write from what might have been, to write from what could be, it is to write with the heart.

Yes ... we write because we write and it is a part of who we are ... and poetry is the epitome with a universe captured in so few words.

This is beautiful, Dulce; as are your images.

Your words allways bring me back to you. I think you write because you have so much inside that you want to say and we can't resist xx

Como dice Tony de Mello el pájaro canta porque tiene una canción que cantar.
Gracias por compartir lo que sale de tu alma.

Dolce. No way that your searched-for 'right words' will match exactly my searched-for 'right meaning'...

My favorite word for your poetry: "Exquisitely written". Each human (Mother Teresa to Don Carlo), top to bottom--experiences up and down several times each day.

Your readers shall never leave, but you do teach the lesson: do not take anything for granted. You
may have lost the sense and rhythm
of a lover once, but you have NEVER lost those senses in your writings.

Thank you for letting us all see into your heart!

Dear Dulce,

I really loved this.
Literally your writing is a very important component of your passion...of your soul, a part of you in every poem you create.

I let my soul absorb these superb words.

Hugs,
Betty

this post is timely for me as I have been struggling with blogging. I love to write, to create, but blogging seems to be a different kind of animal.

"Today is an in-and-out
And in again"
I love that line!

Writing can be so very time consuming, depending on the task, and, often, people won't wait around for us to finish!!!
