Flowing down

Separation by Andromena Mirtle

With this yellow rose petal
I caress my closed eyes
...
A smile
Small
Smell
...
While a water drop
Gently flows
down
 ...
Outside
My window...

Like the gentle wind sweetly caressing.

The window opens many desires.

Fuera
mi ventana...
me invita a recrear mis ojos con la belleza del exterior.
Y el sol calienta mi rostro
mientras sonrío...
Besos mil, querida amiga!!!

Your lines seem to form the very drip described. Very sad when you add up the details. Yellow rose: perhaps she wanted more than a Platonic friendship. Complex poem in few words.

The moment is captured so well in your words.

I really enjoyed this.
With this yellow rose....I love how you let the readers know the exact color of the rose. It gives more depth to the poem. However, I was a little lost on the
Small
Smell
It didn't seem to flow with the rest of the poem to me. Maybe I'm not comprehending it correctly.

I really loved how you were descriptive on the color of the rose. I believe it gave depth to the poem.
