These women of mine
Deserve more than a poem
With or without rhyme…
Faithful sisters
Devoted mothers
Worshipped daughters
Closest friends
These women
I can count on
Rely on and
With them go on
Soul to soul
Heart to heart
Hand in hand
We are a team
We represent Peace
We women play
Fair games
Do not make war
But badly love
We have a unique,
Divine bond
We ladies
We are all One
We are a chorus
Singing hymns
Which save this world
Bit after bit
From the misery,
Injustice, hostility
caused
By those so many
Cruel gentlemen.

mmm, must be in the genes. or the hunting instinct in men... girls just do things differently. and somewhere along the line, we (boys and girls) need to learn to appreciate them and mesh those differences into good... mmmmm, i like this poem!!!!!

How could it be? It's true; no testosterone, no need to fight, just to love! I was taught so too, women are special.
DD...IMO this is one of your best, no wondering "what does this mean?"-
Being one of those "Gentlemen" I even so must agree with what you wrote. I am now a "peaceful peep" (as you commented on mine--thanks).
NOTE: I'll bet everyone in your class gets an "A"...because you are no doubt a good teacher, and so nice.
Oh, and the PICTURE (forgot again!) it is purrrfect--cat is sitting at my feet!
How many times have we "older peeps" watched, as young men marched off to kill and be killed. Such a waste of God's handiwork.

Interesting feelings.
But wrong.
Woman are not kinder or less cruel than men.
Look at history . Have countries ruled by Queens had a nicer government than those ruled by Kings?
Many of the traitors were woman.
From Biblical times until now woman are as bad as we are.
All sinners in a sinful world.
Anything else is illusion.

We can not base all woman on you or we would have to base all men on me. It doesn't work that way.

We women are a team in this big world of ours. We are the bearers of children and co-creators, and when fate steps in, in a good way, we then share all that goodness with a fabulous deserving gentlemen. They're out there!
