Clock Wise

It’s so easy

To be my man

All you have to do

Make me laugh,

Otherwise…

And as you do

You must keep

That eye contact,

Otherwise…

If apart from your natural one

You can play another instrument

You’ve gained

Five extra points,

Otherwise…

It’s so easy

To be my man

All you have to do

Is keep your thing

At six thirty

Until I decide

Ok it’s high time

It was

At quarter past...

Otherwise,

You’d be

Just another

Ordinary man…

Dulce, "He" would be wise to be your man! You make your messages so delightful. They are on the surface simple, but upon re-reading very deep. That makes them fascinating. I hear music playing when I read "Clock Wise"

Thank you girls!
Yes, Sec. You are right. As far as men are concerned, it's every day clearer to me what I want... or at least what I do not want..¡¡ ;)

Sweeter Dulce (I know--that is redundant--grin!),

My thought is that you say it more succinctly in your comment (above) than in your post:

"...it's every day clearer to me.... at least what I do NOT want..¡¡ ;)
--caps are mine.

Howevah, Dear Lady...another good po(em)sting--they seem to just roll out as from a factory inside your "poet-brain" (that meant as compliment!)

I saw that picture yesterday--how is it said?--IN my DREAMS--grin!

Until next time, favorite blog-peep...

I think my biggest fear was always the fear of being ordinary.... and now that's exactly what I am becoming.

I love ordinary men.. GOsh your mind is like a pot of GOLD, we get to share or pick some coins from the pot of gold everyday.

I myself feel ones life cannot be totally fulfilled unless you taste how good being ordinary truly is.

I think if most would act on the Ordinary relationships would last

HUGS,. ANother GREAT WRITE.
I can feel your passion in all you write ( even on a Monday ) lol

Dulce- Remeinds me of Steve Martin: all I need is this chair...and this lamp...and this pen...and that's all I need. My thing won't go to quarter past anything. It's a trick I'd like to see. Nice writing. ~rick
