YOUR WORDS

I need your words

To tell you nothing

I need your words…

I sense the moment

Of the breeze

Which takes away

Another late

Autumn leaf

To where I am and run

To pick it up

And maybe

Frame it

I feel I need your words

To tell you

How important it is to you

And how much I care

I need your words

To tell you nothing

It’s all your fault

You started this

Now I cannot

Get rid of it

I need your words

Cause I feel I need

To hold your hands

And kiss you

In the sweetest way ever

I need your words

To tell you that

I need your words

To tell you everything.

You beat me to the first comment on another blog, so I thought I'd come and see who you were. Turns out you're someone who writes really enthralling poetry.

I guess if I have to lose, you're a good person to lose to. Nice to meet you.

Spoken words, recorded on paper or in our minds stay with us forever. We repeat them and they become part of us. You brought this out nicely.

Thanks, Secretia

We do need words, but always, and especially, the true heartfelt sentiment behind such words!

Yes, keep, keep writing, dearest!

DD That sounds as if you're wanting to "talk" to someone...or is commenting not enough? One day you must tell us WHO? DAMMMIT. (So we may say things to heeem, which he might like not to hear.)

I hate suspense, but I LOVE it also! Hey, there is that "black-white, Up-Down, She says YES-she says NO" thing again! I really enjoy writing with you, or could you not guess?

Enough of my joking, Dulce, because you sound like you are hurting. You ARE "cared for", you ARE kissed in "the sweetest way", you ARE loved, you DO "tell everything" in your daily poems, between lines, in the spaces between stanzas (is that still a word?). Your blog-friends tell you all these things also. And yet, you want--need--more.

Maybe everyone should hire a "jet plane" and "don't know when they be home again..." and fly to your little island for a vacation? And you could then SEE for yourself, that everyone, everything, is real, is true, is all laced with, yes....love. Think of the fun, the pictures we all could post!

Love ya, Dulce-Girl!

In another context this could be a religious poem and the words I need come from God.
